Software installation after the download completes. Do this by clicking on the downloaded files at the bottom of your browser window.
Click the box that says “accept the terms in the license agreement” and click “install”.
The installer will show you a progress bar and when it is finished, you can click “Finish” in the bottom right corner of the Windows Installer.
Launch Outlook 2003 or 2007. When the connector is installed, open Outlook 2003 or 2007 by double-clicking its icon on your desktop. 4:
Add a new account. In the menu bar at the top, you will see a menu option called “Outlook connection.” Click on it and select “Add new account”.
Enter your Hotmail email address into the field with the same name. Then, enter your password into the password field.
In the “name” field, enter the name you want to assign the account. This may be a personal name, business name or the group name depends on your purpose. Click “OK,” then “OK” again when you’re done.
Restart Outlook. You will need to restart Outlook for the changes to be applied, and when you open Outlook again, you will log into Hotmail email and your message will be located in the Inbox.
